"Designing humanity into your product, that sounds like a very classic topic, but I’m not gonna talk about things like what design thinking is or what a process of user-centered design should be. Instead, I'd like to share some practical patterns to guide the product design. From the understanding of humanity, product design elements to some ways to improve your design skills."
