Absolutely! There is parking just across the road on Hume St. This is the information if you want to park your car:
Monday to Saturday: Two-hours of free parking is available for one period per day. The third hour costs $6.80, then $6.80 per half hour onwards.
Maximum daily fee, from 7am to 6pm, is $49.
Evening parking: Entry after 4pm receives free parking until 6pm.Exit after 6pm will incur a flat rate evening fee of $10. Free parking is available all day Sunday.
Early bird parking:
Early bird $25-a-day parking is available Monday to Friday on level 4 and is subject to availability.
You must enter the early bird area between 6:30am and 9:30am, and exit the early bird area between 2:30pm and 6:30pm.
Late entry or early exit from the early bird area will result in normal casual parking rates.
You can get a refund until 30 days before the event. After that, they won't be any refund available.
Absolutely! The speakers will be at the event and they will be networking session so you will get plenty of time to talk to them. Be gentle, they are also human being!

You’ll have one full-day dedicated to a lineup of inspiring design leaders (That’s right, you won’t have to pick which talk to attend).
For those who have an in-person pass, you’ll have a chance to network with speakers and attendees during breaks and after the last talk!

Gates and ticket registration will open on Friday, 27th October 2023 at 8:15 AM AEST. We recommend that you arrive early to avoid ticket registration queues and to get a good seat!
The last talk wraps up on Friday, 27th October 2023 at 5:00 PM AEST.For those who have an in-person pass, you’ll have the choice to stay back till 6:00 PM AEST to network with speakers and attendees.
On the day before the conference, you’ll receive a set of instructions from us to your registered email. It’ll note down the details on how to access the talks!
Yes! If you have an virtual or in-person pass, you will get access to the video recording of the conference. A email will be sent out a couple days after the event, after we process the videos.
WDX Conference 2023 is being held at Northside Conference Centre in St Leonards.
We recommend taking public transport. It is a 5 minutes walk from St Leonards Station. There’s full day parking available at Hume Street Car Park. You can view the map here.
You can choose to leave whenever you want! If you need to temporarily step out for a moment, make sure you have your ticket registration proof with you on the day to easily re-enter.
For those who are attending in-person, lunch & snacks will be served on the day. We’ll try our best to cater for all dietary requirements. If it doesn’t suffice, there are a few cafes closeby!
For those who are attending in-person, travel light! You’ll get a tote during ticket registration so you can leave your bag behind.
